smileys not working after upgrade to 3.8.2

Hi all,

On my own forum, http://www.perfectpicture.co.za the smiley's aren't working since I've upgraded to 3.8.2 (latest?)

when I post, or reply to a thread, I can see the smiley's, but I can't click on them, and when I type in for example

, it doesn't convert to smiley either.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
