How would I add text only to a specfic forum?

Hi,

Ive added a screenshot to try and make me explain it a little bit easier!

If I wanted to add a piece of text where the arrow is, but for it only to show in this specific forum, does anyone know how I would go about that? I know it would involve some kind of condition, but im not sure what I would need.

PS - If anyone knows of a mod already out there that does this that would be great!
