usergroups

Hi, Im using the usergroup color bar, and now i have a question. In PHPBB3 there is the possibilty to click on a usergroup.( see pict1)

If you do so, you get a list of users in that usersgroup. (see pic2 thanks to rockettheme

) Its possible to send a pm or mail to the users you select.
This is a nice feature in phpbb3 wich i really can use on a vb board. IS there a way to do this?

Im a beginning coder, i didnt get it to work. Maybe there is somebody here to help me with this??
