Which mod is this?

I want to get a mod similar to this and can not find it anywhere. Its the on the footer of the site where each usergroup has an icon beside there name. Also, I am looking for a mod where you can see subforums on the main forum. For example. If a froum contains more forums when you enter it it will show every subforum under it.



Any help on which mod this is?
