vbfArticles missing file

I purchased vbfArticles and messaged constantly with vbulletinfreelancers.com as to why my installation of their mod would not work. They blamed constantly that it was my server and never admitted fault on their end. Well, after nearly a year, I decided to give it another look and I finally figured out what the problem is, they forgot to include the file myvbarticles.php in the zip file. Since their site is off the face of the planet now, I was wondering if by any chance happens to have the file vbmyarticles.php for the paid mod vbfarticles?

I can provide screenshots of the paypal payment and of the email they sent when I paid that has the download link if you wish to have proof.

I appreciate any help you could offer.
