How To Make VB and VBAdvance Look Nuke'ish?

For along time I have been trying to find the holly grail to make my VB site have a Nuke appearance.. I thought about just going Nuke, but there is nothing in my opinion more secure than VB.

I found this site http://effectica.com/ He is using both VB and VBAdvance

I'm hoping that someone can help explain how the owner of the site was able to customize all of this. Lord I know it took some work. Take a look at both his templates, it's to die for lol.

Maybe through discussion my prayers could be answered
