Mod Dollars? I want to give mods money they can use in our real life store...

Basically, I want to know if there is a system already made that only 3 administrators can give "mod dollars" to moderators and super moderators based on their performance in the forum (given manually by one of the 3 administrators) that when they ask us administrators, they can buy something in my real life store and we can then update their "account" with a reason...

Is there anything already made that can do something like this? I want to define which users can give/take mod dollars away...
