Convert from Yabb 2.2.1 to vBulletin

I run a board (http://forum.priorydejs.com) that runs on Yabb 2.2.1. Before purchasing vBulletin I would like to make sure the following:

1. Is there an official import support for the 2.2.1 version of Yabb?
2. My forum contains a lot of Devanagari script (Hindi script). Yabb 2.2.1 stores them internally in a peculiar format like [ch23456], basically storing the decimal equivalent of the Unicode hex value for the characters. Does the import utility of vBulletin take care of this too?

I am more interested in importing all user posts and forums. So it does not matter if the mods specific to Yabb 2.2.1 does not get imported.
