Security token is missing

I am trying to add mp3 upload as attachment to my new forum but when I try to upload one, I get that Security token is missing message. I dont think that I did anything wrong.

I searched and have done this.... https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost....6&postcount=14 and still I get the error.

Can anyone help?
