Rep Coding Problems

We want to re code our rep so the images require something like 1000 rep for one little bar...2000 for 2 bars 5000 for 3 bars etc...is there any way to code this? Because we have a more extensive rep system and we don't want people having the full rep image when they are only 25% of the way through.

If not, then is there a way we can completely get rid of the images and make it show up with
