paid_subscription Database Error

Hey I noticed today I had some subscriptions that expired on the 11th of this month and weren't demoted.. So I tried to do it manually and I got this database error

I have tried disabling plugins nothing is causing it..

Im currently on vBulletin? Version 3.7.4 as said in the error!!
