question on where and how to sell a site

Im selling one of my sites, where would it be a good place to start offering it? like what should I look for, a place that says they buy sites or a investors type of place.

For the amount of traffic we have and ranking im looking for big money but where

to offer it and all that

any tips on this appreciated :up:
