I want to

Ok Basically I run a gaming forums and it gets too crowded and looks unprofessional with all the sections showing basically I want a tabbed menu in the middle of the page and before anyone touches it I want the first section to start it as the main section for example this would be rules ect.. then I want another link as Wii Then playstation3 and so on but I also want a small image on these tab menus does anyone know of a mod that can do this and isn't too hard to install due to me coding our main website.

Also If someone could let me know as fast as possible it would be nice because I just need to do this then I can go back to coding my html webpages.
