My delema regarding photo galleries & VB 3.7
I have a problem here guys, I can't decide which photo gallery to use. Right now it's down to the built-in gallery with VB 3.7 or Menalto's G2.
The problems with the built-in gallery is there is no provisions for reordering or rearranging photos, the upload is sub-par, and many many other things are lacking. Menalto's G2 is amazing, but since 3.7 includes a gallery it seems nobody is too concerned with integration, and therefore there isn't much written about it. I'm not very experienced with PHP, integration, and that sort of thing but I'm very good at following directions, so if I can find the information on integration I shouldn't have a problem. I'm pretty sure the built-in gallery will get better with time, and it's a huge plus that it's already fully integrated, but the lack of features makes me extremely reluctant to use it because it's just so inflexible. What would you guys do? |
