Style selection by usergroup - exists?

I have been searching high and low for any indication of the ability to restrict style selection by usergroup. I was sure it was a standard feature of vB but for the life of me cannot see it.

If anyone knows how or of a mod that does this for 3.7.x, please do let me know...
