Hello for a few days now some people on my site have said that when they get on the site it tells them the site is blocked due to a virus or something I could never duplicate it until now and this is the message I am getting

I cant get into my admincp now due to this and I am not sure what is wrong I have VB 3.7.2 pl2 running can anyone help me out with this?
