User Reply to Post Mod?

I recieved the following PM from one of my forum members and am wondering if I missed something as in if this is a standard VB function or a Mod that can be downloaded..

Maybe this site has this already and I just don't see it, but one feature I have enjoyed about other sites I have been on is that there is usually a link that will show reply to the post you put up. That way I can see who answered what I inquired on.

I am assuming by the way it was described that this member is talking about a feature that provided a way to look at who has replied to posts that he/she started or responded to in the form of a list?.. I know you can subscribe to a thread but I'm an guessing that he/she is looking for something more a mod that perhaps lists all threads/posts that he she participated in that were replied too..

Any ideas?
