Auto PM on registration

Hi.
I used to run IPB, and there was a mod to do this there, But I cannot seem to find it on this site.

I basically want every new member to recieve a pm when they join/register. So i can make a custom pm which gets auto pm'd to each new member.

If there is one already, Please direct it to me.
