Separate forums as subdomains
I currently run a board of a little over 1000 members for an MLM company. I want to create private forums for each separate group to have their own area and have it hidden and password protected, which I know how to do. However, I want to replicate what www.howardforums.com has done with individual forums for each carrier.
Essentially I want to have the individual groups have their own subdomain for their forum category. Instead of linking to http://www.mysite.com/forumdisplay.php?f=47, I want them to be able to go to " http://group1.mysite.com " or "http://group2.mysite.com" and see their private forums. I am not sure how to accomplish this. Any help will be appreciated!!! Shawn |
