How can I get this profile field shown everywhere

This shows the users chosen icon next to their username but it only shows on the whos online on forumhome. I would like this to be shown on the top 5 stats, on the who visited in the past 24hrs and on the postbit template, basically everywhere the username is shown.

Any help will be much appreciated.
