Recommended Referral System

Can anyone recommend a referral system (if one exists). I'm wanting to run a competition, the prize going to the person who has referred the most users..

Ideally it'd be nice if the system would also let me see who has been referred AND made a post.. And some kind of admin report to see who has referred the most members.

Anyone know if this exists?
