New Post Link Goes to Empty White Page?

When you click on the navbar link for the "New Posts" or the one within the "Quick Links" it goes to an empty white page with no source code at all.

I also get this white page when clicking on "Advanced Search" within the Search feature on the navbar.

Any ideas what would cause this?
