Cat buttons

I would like cat buttons - preferably siamese cat buttons. Can you use the images enclosed to do so?

On the default new thread button, can you replace the paper, pen and ink with the cat face? Can I also have a blank default new thread button omitting the paper, pen and ink on it?

If you have a better Siamese cat face to use instead of the one I have here then please use it.

If you can just make a blank button with the Siamese cat face on it then I can do the text.
