how do i align this..

ok what i what i have is sidebars and while i have these u can see at the bottom the

[ All times are GMT. The time now is 06:30 AM. ] is centered in the middle of the forums.. what i want todo is get this center in the middle of the page above [ made by ] you can see image below:
