Default ads when a certain user starts a thread
Can anyone create a mod where when a member group starts a thread an ad is shown as the second post. I mean like say a moderator starts a thread their ad is shown as the second post and when admins start a post their ad show and when a registered user starts a thread my ad is shown.

I am looking for a way to pay my site staff by using their own ads on threads they start. I already have a mod that displays an ad to guests as a second post looking for a way to show ads for a certain user group / person on threads they start.
