URL Problem

Sometimes , I click

I take this error on i.Explorer

"403 page Forbidden"

and on firefox

"Prefetching is not allowed due to the various privacy issues that arise. "

But I click this

there is no problem , the page is open

I used: vb 3.6.10 with zoint seo

Can you help me about this?
