error message database if the server never restarted the site

every visitors that visited to my forum for example :
500members and 800guest
and sometimes in a very short time the member and the guest will be come to 0.
maybe its because my server always do the restarted to my site.
if my server didnot do the restart it im always getting error message in my email.

They support restart my database because :

If we restart your services it is because the service has become available.

i take dedicated server for my host.


i have been call my support hosting to not do the restarted ever for my site
because every time they restarted then my visitors always back to 0.
how i can bypass this error message?

If i dont do anything with this issue.will be my database crush?
