Make popup always open the forum

anyone know how? in my forum, mostly user guest doesnt want to register. How to makes them to "want" to register?i want to make a popup that quiet big so every guest whos opened my forum there will be show up that popup and there is no choise for them to not register. is there any module like that? or anyone that have amy idea or suggestion how to makes guest to register?
