Database error thrown up by usernotes

Hi All,
Everytime I go to either view or post a usernote onto a member I get the following

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT gfpoforumoptions FROM vBulletinforum WHERE forumid =;

Have tried repairing tables etc in vbulletin and phpmyadmin in server but to no avail.

Can anyone give me a poke with a pointy stick in the right direction please
