Default News Scavenger?
How does a news scavenger work and how do you implement it? I see them frequently and it seems like a program grabs links and turns them into posts relevant to a forum.

Maybe I'm not calling it by it's proper name, as I have searched the forum here with no results. Could someone please explain? Thanks!
