Removing Dead Email or Member Accounts

Is there a way to group obsolete member email accounts especialy when they are either non confirmed or havnet logged in for a very long time?

I have the inactivity mod and that helps visualize to some degree but when I send out emails to them and or the unconfirmed members there are several that bounce and I assume they are dead and would like to delete them with out going thruogh them all one by one.
