Lasts x posts in my website

Hi all,

I've been searching in vbulleting.com and vbulleting.org for either a mod or a code or a script to put the last x posts in my website. I've seen other sites where they have the latest post in their home page. When I search for it I found this thread http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=158895 which it did not work for me.

Can someone help me on this?

I've been searching for this for days and I'm a little tired of searching. I always try to search for a solution through other threads but this is my last hope. Thank you.
