Password Recovery Problem

Well, I have no idea what's going on.

We had a security breach, so I ran a SQL Query to mass reset everybody's password (except mine). I then sent out a mass email telling the users to use the password recovery thing (http://www.WEBSITE.com/forum/login.php?do=lostpw). Once they enter their email, the server won't send them the link that changes their password

I tried it on my account, and it still won't send. The email is correctly entered, everything is right.

Help please?
