video commenting plugin (viddler)

For wordpress (you probably know that blogging cms^^) there exists a video commenting plugin, using viddler's video recording service. This great addon is used on various sites, including on mashable.com.

I would love to see that plugin being ported to vbulletin.

Do you think that such a plugin would be useful?
