Adding a blog link in dropdown?

Hi,

Is there a way to add a blog link, when you click on the members username in a thread (it turns to a dropdown)?

At the moment it has
view profiles
send pm
etc

I wonder if it can say "visit [username] blog" and it links to their particular blog (like wordpress, blogger etc)?
