Installing Two Rotating Banners?

I've successfully installed Jake Bunce's rotating banner...

It is installed in the header template.

The Plugin is named "Rotating Banners Top" and the hook is "parse_templates"

So now I've tried to install another rotating banner in the footer template.

The banners are different from the ones in the top, different url's, even different sizes.

The 2nd plugin is named "Rotating Banners Bottom" and the hook is "global_start".

In the Footer Template, I've added "$random_banner[$random_number] at the top of the code list.

Problem is, I'm getting the same banners from the Top down at the Bottom?
