Page on Images Attachments Instead Directly the Image
I ask for this on vbulletin.com:

So when a user click on a thumb, instead open the image file only, open a page with the image on the center (with my header, navbar, footer, etc)...

There is no option for that. You would probably need to create a custom PHP script and template to frame the attachment appropriately. Then you could change the thumbnail links appropriately.
