Beginner Alert: Adding my header in the style

Hello. Is there a thorough tutorial somewhere that explains how to add a banner image into a style of VBulletin. What I want is the same header I have on my site to be on top of the forum.

The site is www.blackjackapprenticeship.com
I did not write the code and am very limited on my coding languages. I just understand HTML and CSS.
