Semi-Private Forum Section?

I am sure this is possible already, maybe, but wasn't sure how to do it or if this could be done another way. I want to have a forum section where people can come and ask for help on certain situations. I just want this to be one section on the forum. I would like to have a group that can see and reply to all the posts. However, the person that makes the original help post I would like them only able to see the post that they made and not read others help requests. The only people that could reply is the group of helpers I setup and the person that made the original post. I hope this makes sense, if not just ask and I can hopefully better clarify.
