collapse specified subforums?

Hello. Is it possible to have some 'main' forums not display their subforum(s) on the index page?

For example, on http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/index.php would it be possible to have that page load with "vBulletin Announcements and Discussions" collapsed so that "vBulletin Announcements" forum and "Announcement Discussions" forum didn't display on http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/index.php?
