Can someone help me with this?

I did the edits for this hack:

Decided against it and changed evertything back and everyone just sees their username in posts for even other members..
And now the posts aren't even showing up. Here is a screenshot:

I didn't even change anything to do with the buttons.. so I'm a bit confused!
