Need help fixing navbar code

Need help.

Currently I installed an alternative skin to my default skin.
I want it to have everything that default skin has. But, I can't seems to edit the navbar, the code seems different.

I cannot provide link to the skin because I dont want to open it to all members just yet, until I fixed it..so, if there someone who can help me with this, please leave a comment and I will pm you..
