Help --- Stuck Skin in Forum!

The default skin on my forums home page is stuck on default - not the one that I have fine tuned... any ideas? I have selected the appropiate skin in my style and language setting - but it is still not working - works fine on my adv portal page...

HELP??

www.ShowDogAlliance.com/forums (not ok)
