link title grabbing

i have seen many forum in which if any link is posted then it'll be shown as title of that link and that title is hyperlinked for that link./.
e.g. if i post this thread link to anywhere it should show link title grabbing

hyperlinked which link of this thread.

how to do this?
i think this is feature of vbseo...by anyother way can we have it?
