Problem With Ranks

Hello ppl ...
i have a little problem with ranks
i Got the Progress Rank Bars and i uploaded then normally
and added them through the admin Cp

The ranks are working for the admin group but not for the mods...and super mods ...and Vip's
(The image locations are Correct)
and i also updated user titles and ranks

Please any help ?
