How to do this (RSS include and exclude)?

Actually, I have created a new module where I exclude all RSS sub-forums from the getnew or getdaily new messages.

This is how the module looks like:

Product: vbulletin
Hook location: search_getnew_process
Title: Forums included in the results of the getnew or getdaily process
Execution order: 5
Plugin PHP code: $forumids = array(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18 ,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,);
Plugin is active: Yes

Some of my users (not all of them) would also like to have another link including my RSS sub-forums so they would have something like this in the navbar:

New messages
New messages with RSS

and they would have the choice of clicking on the link they do prefer.

How to do this?
