What is the correct way to write this conditional?

Hello I'm hving trouble writing a conditional in vbulletin:

<if condition="$bbuserinfo['field18'] AND $bbuserinfo[usergroupid] = 5,6,7,13,18">

What's wrong and how should I write it? Basically the comma's are OR...
