Article and comments on different pages

Hello everybody. I have GARS system for my web and i want to create a comments forums for the articles.

For example, in the article a link with "comment this post".

The functionality is that when i create an article, automatically a new post appears in a selected forum and the article have a link at the end called "comment this in the forum". I see this in some forums, what modification is?.
