Prevent URL posting

Hi

I've just started running a new forum which has taken off really well.

I've just noticed another similar site has launched!

I want to prevent users from posting linkage to this new site..

ie "hey have you seen www.rival-site.com"

I'd like it to give them an error or change the link to something else automatically. Is there a hack or a way of doing this?
