How to limit a plugin to a certain style?

We have 4 styles on our site. The site also uses plugins for a bittorrent tracker mod for VB (in our case it's VB 3.6.7)

We're some layout probs with the navbar on all the styles but only with 2 each of the styles at once. The problematic plugin uses a CSS class which is required in two of the styles, but not the other 2. So, we'd like to define 2 plugins and limit their use to the appropriate styles.

Can this be done?
